Warner Bros. Animation is one of the animation divisions of Warner Bros. Being established in Burbank, California in 1980 by Hal Greer.
Its counterpart, Warner Bros. Pictures Animation (formerly Warner Animation Group) does animated theater-length films, while does Warner Bros. Animation does the animated TV series and movies and animated direct-to-video and direct-to-streaming movies based on franchises from DC Comics and other Warner Bros. franchises like Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies, Hanna-Barbera, Tom and Jerry and Mortal Kombat.
Warner Bros. Animation produced the animated Harley Quinn TV series and also its spin-off, Kite Man: Hell Yeah!.
