Vixen is a Detroit based superhero who fought Mephitic alongside Cyborg and Zatanna.
This character has so far only appeared in the Harley Quinn spin-off comics series.

When Harley and Ivy visit the Boomboom Room, they see Peaches there. Peaches asks Ivy if Vixen and Elle are with them too, but Ivy states that they are still in Detroit. When Peaches brings up the topic of her missing sister Mia, Ivy offers to ask Vixen for them, but then Black Mask interrupts, stating that Vixen is alright. When Ivy and Harley are heading in to their Penthouse, Ivy suggests calling Vixen once they get inside.

- Animal Mimicry: With the Tantu Totem, Vixen can mimic an attribute of any animal, giving her a wide range of superhuman abilities:

- Toxic Immunity: Vixen is immune to Poison Ivy's toxins.
