Toyman

Toyman is a minor character on the animated series, Harley Quinn, and is a member of the Legion of Doom. He is primarily an enemy of Superman in Metropolis.

Biography[]

Season 1[]

In "L.O.D.R.S.V.P." Toyman was at the Legion of Doom Headquarters during the Legion's prospective member where Harley Quinn was nominated to join against KGBeast. When Aquaman showed up, he tried to attack him, but Aquaman easily threw him away.

He was later seen sitting at the table during the LOD's weekly pitch meeting in "A Seat at the Table."

Season 3[]

In "The 83rd Annual Villy Awards", he attended the Villy Awards, where he shared a table with Maxie Zeus, Killer Frost, and Reverse-Flash. While at the bar, he was accidentally knocked down on the floor by Codpiece's laser cannon fastened over his groin, resembling a large mechanical penis. Later, he looked away uncomfortably when Catwoman received an award and used her acceptance speech to call out the Villys for only giving her the award because she was black and their history of overlooking black villains' accomplishments.

Season 4[]

In "Gotham's Hottest Hotties", Toyman sits at a table in the main room with Man-Bat, Black Manta], Metallo, Doctor Trap, Snowflame, Solomon Grundy, Sinestro, Captain Cold, Felix Faust, Parasite, and Gorilla Grodd.

Although Ivy announced she was the new CEO, she passed around a dossier containing her plans for a "socially conscious evil". He and the other villains there disapprove of the plan and reject Ivy as the new CEO of the L.O.D., prompting everyone to walk out on her.

Holding a meeting with the big shots in the L.O.D. from earlier that day and now include Livewire and Cheetah, Ivy asks for everyone's plans to be placed on the table. After they do that, Nora hands Ivy a flamethrower and incinerates the files. As Ivy claims they'll all follow her socially conscious evil, Nora passes around new dossiers. After Snowflake rejects Ivy's proposal, and snorts cocaine on the dossier and powers up, inspiring the others there to stand up in rejection against Ivy's plan. Ivy then manipulates the plants in the room to attack the retaliators.

In "B.I.T.C.H.", Toyman appears in the LOD meeting room, where Ivy discusses the evil twist to her operation, Lady Trees. Once the meeting is over, King Shark introduces himself as the new Head of IT and tries to get help setting up a baby shower, but everyone there walks out on him.

In "Icons Only", Toyman appears as a guest at the Lexor hotel.

In "Getting Ice Dick, Don't Wait Up", Toyman makes a brief appearance standing beside Killer Frost as Ivy walks by them with The Jons.

In Metamorphosis", he crashes Nightwing's funeral by destroying a noodle vendor's truck, claiming he did so because he hates noodles. He later attends the Legion of Doom's HQ party to celebrate Nightwing's death. He seems very concerned with dieting and is waging with [[Doctor Trap] over who can lose more weight; he is very upset when Barbara starts a fight and shoves his face into the cake during the melee.

In "The Most Culturally Impactful Film Franchise of All Time", Toyman is seen as one of the frozen people kept as trophies by the middle-aged Robin who kept trophies of superheroes and villains alike in frozen chambers.

In "Killer's Block", Toyman is part of the crowd escaping from the Legion of Doom before a giant laser shot by Ivy destroys it.

Kite Man: Hell Yeah![]

In "Pilot, Hell Yeah!", Toyman attends a meeting at the Hall of Doom with his fellow Legion of Doom members. When Lex Luthor revealed the Anti-Life Equation, he and the others were amazed and mesmerized, which quickly turned to annoyance when Lex said that he wanted to kill Superman with it. The other members bring up that he needs approval for its use and as they cannot agree on which hero to kill, Luthor announces they will put it in their vault until they can agree on a use. Later, after Kite Man failed to protect the vault and the Anti-Life equation was stolen, Lex gathered the members again in front of the ruined vault and all eyes turned to Toyman as Bane questioned whether he'd remembered to purchase the extended warranty. As all he could say in respons was "uh-oh", Luthor pressed a button, catapulting his chair into the air as he crashed through the glass ceiling and disappeared.

In "Grand Reopening, Hell Yeah!", he briefly appears.

In "Sexiest Villain Alive, Hell Yeah!", he is at the ceremony to declare who the sexiest villain alive is. He aids the Queen of Fables in rescuing Moe Dubelz from the Insect Queen. During the walk, he asks if she wants to join him with his sister and her husband on Thursday, only to decline. Toyman agrees that it was "too soon," even at 33.

In "Hero Stuff, Hell Yeah!" he aids Lex Luthor in retrieving the Anti-Life Equation, only to be turned into a mouse by the Evil Fairy Godmother and eaten and killed by Cheetah shortly after.
