Tisha Michelle Campbell-Martin (born October 13, 1968) is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She voices Tawny Young on Harley Quinn.


Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and raised in New Jersey, she made her screen debut, appearing as Chiffon in the 1986 rock musical comedy film Little Shop of Horrors, and later starred as Marva Foley on the short-lived NBC musical comedy-drama Rags to Riches (1987–1988).

Examples of her roles in various films are Jane Toussaint in School Daze (1988), Amber in Rooftops (1989), Amy Smith in Another 48 Hrs. (1990), Yvonne in Boomerang (1992), and Brandy in Sprung (1997). She received Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female nomination for her performance as Sidney in the 1990 comedy film House Party, and later starred in its two sequels House Party 2 (1991), and House Party 3 (1994).

On television, Campbell has starred with roles such as Gina Waters-Payne in Martin (1992-1997) and Jay Kyle in My Wife and Kids (2001–2005), for which she received NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series. She later had regular roles such as Patty Mannix in Rita Rocks (2008-2009), Michelle Dulcett in The Protector (2011), and Damona Watkins in Dr. Ken (2015-2017). Before Harley Quinn, she has voiced characters such as Rene in The Proud Family (2003), various characters in Legends of Chamberlain Heights (2017), and Kim in Craig of the Creek (2019).
