Starro is a minor character of the Harley Quinn animated series. They are alien supervillains, gigantic starfish with millions of similar drones that latch onto a host and control its mind.

Starro is stationed underneath a pit that was a pitfall for whoever lost or fell off the ringside to the fighting ring in the Lexor Hotel. Its mini-clones also acted as workers and servants at the hotel, accommodating the guest's needs.

Starro can be seen suctioned to the outside of the dome where MalCon is being held and has his offspring promote people to join his mind-controlled legion.
