Reverse-Flash

The Reverse-Flash is a minor character in Harley Quinn. He is the archenemy of the Flash and a member of the Legion of Doom.

Biography[]

Season 1[]

Reverse-Flash first appeared at the Hall of Doom during the Legion's prospective member's night in "L.O.D.R.S.V.P.", and later he attended the Legion's weekly pitch meeting during "A Seat at the Table"

Season 3[]

He attended the Villy Awards in "The 83rd Annual Villy Awards".

Season 4[]

In "Gotham's Hottest Hotties", Reverse-Flash sits at a table in the main room with Toyman, Man-Bat, Black Manta], Metallo, Doctor Trap, Snowflame, Solomon Grundy, Sinestro, Captain Cold, Felix Faust, Parasite, and Gorilla Grodd.

Many men were upset that Ivy was the new CEO, but Ivy managed to calm them down and use a Venus flytrap plant to pass around her dossier plan of "socially conscious evil". However, he and the other villains there disapproved of the plan and rejected Ivy as the new CEO of the L.O.D., prompting everyone to walk out on her.

Holding a meeting with the big shots in the L.O.D. from earlier that day and now including Livewire and Cheetah, Ivy asks for everyone's plans to be placed on the table. After they do that, Nora hands Ivy a flamethrower and incinerates the files. As Ivy claims they'll all follow her socially conscious evil, Nora passes around new dossiers. After Snowflake rejects Ivy's proposal, and snorts cocaine on the dossier and powers up, inspiring the others there to stand up in rejection against Ivy's plan. Ivy then manipulates the plants in the room to attack the retaliators. However, after Ivy defeats Man-Bat, Grodd, Metallo, and, by default, Snowflame, he doesn't attack her.

In "B.I.T.C.H.", Reverse-Flash appears in the LOD meeting room, where Ivy discusses the evil twist to her operation, Lady Trees. Once the meeting is over, King Shark introduces himself as the new Head of IT and tries to get help setting up a baby shower, but everyone there walks out on him.

In "The First Person to Come Back From a Business Conference Without Chlamydia", Reverse-Flash is seen attending the MalCon event.

In "Metamorphosis", Reverse-Flash attends a party celebrating Nightwing's death, and during it, he's shot by one of Toyman's toy soldiers. He's later taken out by Barbara, and when he regains consciousness, cheers for Joker, who claimed he killed Nightwing.

In "The Most Culturally Impactful Film Franchise of All Time", Reverse-Flash is seen as one of the frozen people kept as trophies by the middle-aged Robin who kept trophies of superheroes and villains alike in frozen chambers.
