Queen Elizabeth II was kidnapped and taken aboard Wonder Woman's invisible jet by Harley Quinn as a surprise gift for Poison Ivy after the pair broke into and presumably robbed Buckingham Palace. She made herself known after Poison Ivy commented on the Queen's rose garden, questioning what her secret was to get each rose to bloom to its full potential. The Queen then said it was all due to the sprinkling schedule, shocking Ivy with her presence.
As the British Air Force came after the jet to retrieve the Queen, Harley, and Ivy took some quick photos with the Queen before Harley kicked her out of the moving jet. However, she insisted she was wearing an invisible parachute. It is unknown whether this was true or not.

- The scene in which Harley pushes Queen Elizabeth II out of the jet while claiming she had an invisible parachute received renewed attention in September 2022, less than two months after its original airing, following the Queen's real-life passing. This is likely why the UK network "E4" postponed the episode's premiere on Sunday, 11th September, and replaced it with an episode of Rick & Morty from its third season.
- Queen Elizabeth II's scene was cut in E4's broadcast on Sunday, 18th September 2022, due to her recent passing, with the episode cutting straight to the election debate after the Eat Bang Kill Tour. Interestingly, the scepter and British teapot stolen from the Queen can still be seen later in the episode during and following the fight with Plastique, with this version of the episode now missing the scene that showcased how these items were acquired.
