The President of the United States is a minor character in the T.V. series Harley Quinn.
He was first seen making a T.V. broadcasted announcement in "New Gotham" when he declared that Gotham City would no longer be considered part of the United States after the events of "The Final Joke" when Gotham was thrown into chaos and made a no-mans-land.
However, in "Inner (Para) Demons" Commissioner Gordon called the president and managed to convince him to put Gotham back on the map after the Injustice League had been taken down, which he took full credit for despite Harley Quinn taking on most of them. The president agreed on the condition that Gordon took care of Harley Quinn who was still roaming the city.

- If he made both decisions on his own, the president is being short sighted. There was more than enough military power and rescue resources to deal with Gotham; it was an ISLAND cut off from the rest of the world.
