After Amanda Waller was kidnapped by Harley Quinn and alerted the Suicide Squad, Plastique was sent to Edin to rescue her, starting by showing the Suicide Squad promo to Waller, Harley, and Poison Ivy on her phone. As she told Waller PR wanted her notes on the promo by the end of the day, Harley asked if she could see the promo again. Plastique replies by telling her she has sent the link after she killed her and Ivy. Harley then made fun of her for not being on the promo. Plastique then told Waller that the A-team was busy overthrowing a dictator in Central America.

She then introduced herself to Harley and Ivy, saying that she was the bomb, making them both burst out laughing. Although they quickly changed their tune when she opened her coat, revealing a myriad of explosives. They then engage in an explosive battle, destroying Edin in the process. The battle ended with Plastique tied down to the ground by Ivy's vines, causing her to blow herself up before Harley could bash her head in.
