Season 5[]

"The Big Apricot"[]

Lena attends the opening ceremony of the Metropolis Superman Museum with her boyfriend Bruce Wayne. She chats with Harley and Ivy about her relationship with Bruce and is later called to the podium by Lois Lane as the event's main sponsor. There, Lena talks about the acrobatics display and the unveiling of an artifact.

When Harley and Ivy try to steal the artifact, she takes it from them after they land on the ground. Lena then reveals to the event attendees that it was Superman's first cape since he originally arrived on Earth.

The next day, Lena sends an invitation to the two via a gift basket to the Tavern Over The Green restaurant. There, Lena meets the ladies wearing the diamond that Catwoman stole from Enchantress. Displeased by what they say and believing that Lena lives up to her family name, they try to leave, but Lena tries to reason with them, stating she got the diamond at Sothenby's. The ladies realize that Catwoman had a hand in that, and Lena tries to level with them and asks what Ivy thinks of Centennial Park. She further asks what she'd do differently with it. Ivy then uses her powers to make the restaurant more lush with greenery. A big blooming bud spawns and knocks off Lena's diamond, releasing Eclipso from it. Immediately, Harley decapitated him, getting blood all over Lena.

Despite her appearance, Lena thanked the two and loved their personalities, thinking they'd be a fresh experience in Metropolis. She later offers Ivy a job to run the Metropolis Green Initiative.

"Back to School"[]

It's mentioned that Lena had hired a bunch of decorators to decorate Ivy and Harley's condo room.

She later meets with Lena to introduce her to someone who can help her with the Metropolis Green Initiative. That person is Jason Woodrue, who panics upon reuniting with her, causing his salad to attack him.

Lena convinces Ivy to work with Woodrue, stopping Ivy from trying to walk away, claiming it's best to leave the past behind her.

Later, Lena talks to Harley on the phone and learns she's babysitting King Shark's Children. She suggests that Harley and the kids attend a birthday party at the Vincent Edge Club.

At the club, Lena meets with Harley, who is standing beside Shaun, and briefly talks with them before having to handle an issue involving Humpty Dumpty.

Afterward, Lena convinces Vincent Edge to allow Harley and Ivy to join his club.

"Big Pasta Dinner"[]

Lena is mentioned during a conversation between Bruce and Harley when Bruce's phone filter app acts up.

That night, she contacts Bruce and informs him that she won't attend the Big Pasta Dinner, and the news depresses Bruce.

"Breaking Brainiac"[]

Before Brainiac can destroy Harley, Lena arrives and stops him from doing this. She reminds him of their deal and cites her personal interest in Harley. Despite his disapproval, Brainiac agrees to stop and reverts to change the time.

Inside Ivy and Harley's condo, Lena surprises them and informs them that she is visiting them after receiving several alerts about multiple entries into their place. After the two assure Lena that all is fine with them, Lena suggests they stop ordering out and be out and about in Metropolis, noting her desire never to allow them to leave. She then takes her leave.

"Bottle My Heart"[]

On Brainiac's skull ship, Lena and Brainiac observe how Lois quit the Daily Planet, and Koko, speaking through Brainiac, comments it wouldn't have happened if she allowed Brainiac to kill Harley. However, Lena compliments Harley and then lashes out at Brainiac for believing Koko is alive when he's dead. Lena's remarks made Brainiac furious, and he severed his alliance with Lena and teleported her out of his ship and back to Bruce's penthouse condo. There, Bruce asks if Lena has picked up the special cream he had asked her to get for him.

Afterward, Lena tells "Perry", Bane, and Harley about Brainiac's plan to shrink and bottle Metropolis and wants them to write a newspaper article on it. However, they write a musical play for it instead, and Harley blackmails Clayface to have her play as Lena.

Lena attends the play sitting next to Ivy and gets increasingly annoyed that Ivy sympathizes with Brainiac more than loathing him for the "monster" that he is.

During the intermission, Lena leaves to get some fresh air, but when she returns, she learns that Frank has been killed.

"Frankette"[]

Lena attends Frank's funeral and, sometime after it, tells Ivy and Harley that Brainiac killed Frank in retaliation for ruining his plans to bottle up Metropolis. However, when Ivy and Harley invade Brainiac's ship, they learn from Brainiac that Lena is the one who killed Frank.

Returning to Lena's condo, Ivy confronts Lena, who intends to kill her, but she escapes by using the teleporter in her condo.

In Brainiac's ship, Lena makes a deal with Harley to stop Brainiac's robots from destroying the school Ivy and Frankette were at. Lena does, and before Harley can attack her for killing Frank, Lena teleports her back to Metropolis.

Afterward, Harley confesses to Ivy that she didn't save Metropolis or kill Lena. To make matters worse, Lena made one of Brainiac's robots steal Frankette.

Back on Brainiac's ship, Lena tells Brainiac she stole Frankette because Harley and Ivy wanted it and that since they're growing apart, they'll be no problem for her. As she states this, she has Brainiac's cables insert themselves into her head as she sets her eyes on Metropolis.

"Family Feud"[]

Lena rejects Bruce's incoming call and Frankette's attempt to bond with her. Using Brainiac's computer, Lena overrides it and becomes the ship's new admin while chastising Brainiac for allowing it due to his depressive episode. In retaliation, Brainiac gives Lena a thumbs up, which is considered the most offensive hand gesture in the Colu galaxy. Hence, Lena gives him a double thumbs up. Appalled by the act, Brainiac tries to give Lena what seems to be a peace sign, but Lena smacks Brainiac's jar, causing him to fall over. Now ready to continue her work, Bruce calls her again, and she annoyingly tosses away her phone.

When Ivy lashes out at her predicament, Bruce mentions that's how Lena would react and soon gives her the override code to gain access to her ship via the teleporter.

After Ivy learns the override code, she breaks into Lena's condo, where Lena's attendant, Gail, meets her. It's learned that she's the security system.

Elsewhere, Lena paid Harley's father Nick to capture her and keep her away from both Metropolis and Ivy.

Despite overriding Gail, Ivy discovers that the teleporter is broken and learns that Lena doesn't operate without a backup plan. From the Skull Ship, Lena disparages Ivy and orders the automatrons to destroy Ivy. However, doing this makes Ivy take shelter in her office and find her journal. Using Gail as a shield, Ivy escapes from Lena's apartment.

During Nick's funeral, Harley vowed revenge against Lena and was joined by her mother Sharon, who wanted revenge for Nick's death.

Meanwhile, Lena changes the Park Ridge buildings to teal because Lex hates the color. She then changes a building that sells sea salt and changes LexCorp to LenaCorp.

In Harley and Ivy's condo, Harley tells Ivy about how Lena used her goons to try to kill her but killed her father instead. They all then read through Lena's journal, which reveals that Lena has an obsession with Lex because she wants to be validated by him. Hence, Ivy plans to use Lex as a key to foil Lena's plan.

However, after Ivy, Harley, and Sharon rescue Lex, they learn they were too late, and Lena has already bottled up Metropolis.

"Bottle Episode"[]

Bruce mentions Lena during his tangent about whether or not he was enough for her, which caused their breakup.

After shrinking and bottling up Metropolis, Lena kisses the glass of the bottle.

In the past, Lena played with Lex's train set and accidentally broke the building figure of LexCorp. Lex soon discovers this and chastises Lena over it. Tearfully, Lena states she just wanted to play with Metropolis, but Lex bans her from ever playing in the room again.

Back in the present, Lex compliments her lips after examining the lipstick mark on the bottle of Metropolis and gloats over how she outdid Brainiac in her shrinking performance. However, Brainiac demands that Lena kill him, but she refuses as she may need him for his technological expertise. She then checks her computer about Lex's possible whereabouts, but cannot locate him at Striker's Island, where he is set to be transferred. So, she sends the automation robots to fetch him.

Outside the bottle, Ivy, Harley, and Sharon discover that she has successfully bottled up Metropolis. Harley's rage causes her to declare she wants to kill Lena. After Ivy has a heart-to-heart with Harley, Ivy, Harley, and Sharon plan to kill Lena for all the damage she's done.

To board Lena's ship, Harley and the group use the Batcave's Batcomp to contact Bruce and gain entry onto her ship.

Awakening from his unconscious state, Lex reveals that Lena, not Lois, is the true culprit behind his arrest because she leaked documents to her about it.

After hijacking all of Metropolis' electronic screens, Lena formally announces herself as Metropolis' new ruler and her desire to find Lex. The announcement convinces Lex to confront Lena.

Eventually, Bruce uses his Bat-raidia device to deactivate the Skull Ship's cloaking shield and lower it enough to reach the Earth's atmosphere.

Confronted by Ivy and Harley, Lena demands they leave her alone, but also allows them to take Frankette with them; however, they intend to kill her, which Lena finds humorous. Powering up from the ship's energy, Lex appears and greets her. She shows off the shrunken Metropolis, and after a brief examination, Lex takes his secret weapon, a toy train car, out of his box. Lex thought that Lena wanted to be able to play with his toys once; however, Lena wanted revenge against Lex for always looking down upon her and was prepared to use the Hyper-Ray on him. To remedy the situation, Harley uses her psychological background to help Lex and Lena reconcile with each other, but in doing so, they turn on Harley and Ivy.

Harley blamed herself for the entire situation after she suggested they move to Metropolis, and Ivy consoled her.

"The Mess is the Point"[]

Lena covers the Metropolis bottle with a black sheet, and in the middle of telling Lex her plans with it, Lex cuts her off, deduces her intentions, and compliments her for her idea. However, this light-hearted moment between them is disturbed when Harley suggests they rename Metropolis. Lex considers it to be renamed in his honor, but Lena scoffs and believes her name is better.

As the two argue, Harley's group prepares to escape the bottle. Having had enough with Lex, Lena programs the ship to crash and destroy itself into Kalu.

Moments later, Harley's group manages to break the bottle, and Brainiac, with Ivy's help, reaches the Hyper-ray gun and shrinks Lena and Lex down to size. Now the same size as the group, Harley and Ivy knock out Lena and Lex. However, once they get restored to their original sizes, they realize the ship is on a collision course with Kalu, and Harley yells at the tiny Lena to fix it. Sadly, Lena was unconscious to do so, and Ivy and Harley tossed Lena and Lex over to the table with the toy train station, and as they ran from it, they were eaten by Frankette.

A week after this event, Lena and Lex are still seen alive inside Frankette, who complain about their situation.
