As mentioned in "L.O.D.R.S.V.P.", it is set up just down the street from where the Legion of Doom's headquarters. Its location puts them in firm competition with the group because of their similar names and identical acronyms.
In "A Thief, a Mole, an Orgy" it was revealed that they are a subsidiary of LexCorp and provide lubricant for the Court of Owls' orgies.
