Joey's gift to his father
After his father had forgotten his birthday, Joey and his mother visited him in Arkham. While talking to his father, they were interrupted by Poison Ivy, who asked Calendar Man how many days Harley Quinn had been incarcerated. After his father replied, Debbie got frustrated when he discovered he knew the exact number of days that Harley had been in Arkham for, yet had failed to remember his son's birthday. His father tried to tell her he knew it was "June-ish", with Joey saying it was ok and trying to give his father a cactus as a gift to keep him company.

Joey is reduced to tears
However, the guards knock it out of his hands and incinerate it. One of them then calls him a moron for bringing a plant to Arkham, as there are no plants allowed because of Poison Ivy, causing him to break out into tears. The other guard made fun of him by telling him that it was no wonder his dad didn’t remember his birthday.
