Clone Harley was a duplicate of Harley Quinn accidentally created by Jim Gordon.
Biography[]
Season 4[]
Background[]
When Jim Gordon got a job as a security guard at the Legion of Doom, he tried to use the cloning microwave to cook a potato. Little did he know a hair belonging to Harley Quinn was on said potato. The result was the creation of a copy of Harley/Potato hybrid that wanted to take over the original's life. (Though she states that she is only 5% potato and the remaining 95% are Harley.) As part of her plan to replace the original, Clone Harley started hanging out with Batgirl and befriended Flash. She then witnessed the original Harley killing Nightwing during one of her sleepwalking episodes.
"Metamorphosis"[]

As the Legion were celebrating the death of Nightwing, Harley saw her double in the crowd. She winked at Harley before turning to leave.
"Potato-Based Cloning Incident"[]
- Main article: Potato-Based Cloning Incident
While the original Harley and Poison Ivy were trying to figure out how to stop Lex Luthor from blocking out the sun, Clone Harley reveals herself to them at Catwoman's Apartment. Having a much more rule-following personality, she suggests the powerless Ivy use her membership on the LexCorp board to vote Luthor out so they can legally turn off his ozone-layer-thicken-machine. Meanwhile, Clone Harley reveals the sleepwalking Harley as Nightwing's murderer. After Harley confirmed this, she let Clone Harley handcuff her and take her away. However, Harley then found out that her clone was punishing people for things that were barely considered crimes at all, so Harley resolved to stop the extremist duplicate and subdued her. Later, Clone Harley escaped and fought Harley on the GCPD rooftop. Batgirl couldn't tell the two Harleys apart, so she said something the real Harley would agree with and attacked the clone with a Batarang. This distraction allowed Harley to throw the clone off the roof, resulting in her splattering into a huge pile of mashed potatoes.
Legacy[]
When Batgirl scolded Harley for killing her clone, she blamed her for Nightwing's murder, which Batgirl believed.
Even though Clone Harley was now destroyed, the whole incident made Harley ashamed of her actions and made her realize her failure as a hero, which resulted in her quitting the Bat Family.
Personality[]
The clone shared many personality traits of the original. However, she took crimefighting too seriously, attacking civilians for minor crimes and trivial mistakes. She was "By the Book" and proudly believed in a "The World is Black and White" philosophy.
Abilities[]
As a clone of Harley Quinn, she had many of the same skills and natural talents as the original.
- Master Acrobat
- Expert Combatant
- Bat Mastery
- Expert Tactician
- Master Escape Artist
Weaknesses[]
- Mental Illness
- Atypical Body Chemistry

Trivia[]
- The fact that Clone Harley became a huge pile of mashed potatoes when she fell off a roof implies she was a lot more than 5% potato, as she claimed.
- Clone Harley severely punishing people for minor crimes is similar to the Joker's actions in an episode of the 2004 TV series The Batman.
