Frankette is a plant creature created from the remains of Frank the Plant combined with Poison Ivy's DNA.

On the day of Frank's funeral, a new baby plant named Frankette emerges from Frank's grave with a video recording. The video explains that she was born from combining his remains and the Ivy's DNA Frank got from eating her lipstick. As Brainiac's robot minions begin destroying Metropolis, Ivy goes to rescue Frankette after the robots attack her in a private school, where Bane also tries to protect Goldilocks and Shaun. Unable to shut down the robots herself, Harley asks for Lena's help, who saves the city from destruction but asks for something in return. She later takes Frankette as her reward, inciting conflict between Harley and Ivy. With both Frankette and Brainiac as her prisoners, Lena takes control of the Skull Ship, thereby putting Metropolis under her tyrannical rule as Frankette and Brainiac watch helplessly.

Ivy reeled over Frankette being stolen by Lena's robots, which Harley had an unintended hand in by siding with Lena to save Metropolis.
On Brainiac's Skull Ship, Frankette tries to bond with Lena, but is coldly rejected by her captor.
