Tiffany Fox is the daughter of Lucius Fox, Bruce Wayne's former tech supplier. After Black Mask turns up in town, Tiffany decides to become the superhero Flying Fox.
This character has so far exclusively appeared in the Harley Quinn: The Animated Series - Legion of Bats! spin-off comic series.
