Cock King is a minor character of the animated series Harley Quinn. He is a chicken-themed supervillain.

Cock King attended the Villy Awards, where he shared a table with Tawny Young and an unnamed woman. He won the Villy for "Most Creative Nom de Plume" and was given his award by the host, Joker. Later, he looked away uncomfortably when Catwoman received an award when she used her acceptance speech to call out the Villys for only giving her the award because she was black and their history of overlooking black villains' accomplishments.

Cock King stabs Codpiece
Cock King was a guest at the Lexor Hotel in Las Vegas, where he was seen by the pool, stabbing Codpiece in the stomach repeatedly with a knife given to him by a pool boy. He later watched a cheered-for-the-death match between Doll Man and Ragdoll and went outside when Clayface, who had recently hit stardom, arrived at the resort. He later watched the death match between Bouncing Boy and the Weasel who had teamed up with "Hargret".

Cock King was hanging out outside the Hall of Doom with some of his fellow villains and L.O.D. members, celebrating Nightwing's death by hitting a pinata of him and burning barrels. He was later seen as the larger celebrations continued inside when Harley Quinn and Batgirl investigated the place, looking for the killer. Cock King was there when a grief-stricken (and by then drunk) Batgirl began attacking the Legion members and later when the Joker arrived to reveal he was the killer.

He was briefly seen on the security footage from the day before when Jim Gordon showed it to Harley, as well as in a frozen state kept as a trophy alongside many others like him by a middle-aged Robin 25 years in the future.
