Christopher "Chris" Peter Meloni (born April 2, 1961) is an American actor. He voices Commissioner James Gordon on Harley Quinn. He has also voiced:

- Veronica Cale's husband in "Killer's Block"
Before Harley Quinn he has a appeared in DC properties Green Lantern: First Flight (Movie) (2009) and Man of Steel (2013). Otherwise he is most well-known for his role as Detective Elliot Stabler on the series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and as inmate Chris Keller on the HBO prison drama Oz among others.
