Chaz is a minor character of the T.V. series, Harley Quinn. He is Frank the Plant's weed dealer as well as a friend and "pot-carrier" of his as they are seen hanging out and getting high together. Chaz also partakes in some of the drugs he sells, including cannabis and "hallucinogenic honey" (the latter of which is acquired through dangerous means: trekking across to the edge of Mexico and almost getting into a gunfight after stealing some samples from a local cartel).
