Chaz is a minor character on the T.V. series, Harley Quinn. He is Frank the Plant's weed dealer as well as a friend and "pot-carrier".

Chaz is a drug dealer who’s known for selling weed and marijuana. Being a drug dealer, he’s constantly high and has ads to advertise his business.

Season 1[]

"A Seat at the Table"[]

After Frank the Plant miss-read his ad, Chaz was hired by Frank to be his "pot-carrier". Chaz carried Frank to the restaurant Poison Ivy was at, putting him on a table. As he listened to Frank and Ivy, he ate the piece of cake that Ivy had ordered while waiting for Harley Quinn.

"Bensonhurst"[]

Chaz was getting high with Frank at Poison Ivy's Apartment when a sentient dandelion weed showed up and told him that Ivy had been captured at PlanetWide Pavers and needed him to find Harley to come and save her; Chaz thought he was hallucinating the two plants talking to each other in front of him. Frank then told the disorientated Chaz that he needed him to drive him to Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, where Harley was visiting her par ents.

Chaz then drove a passed-out Frank to a local cartel in Mexico, where he planned to steal some hallucinogenic honey. Chaz then got into a gunfight after stealing some samples from the cartel, which caused Frank's confusion and disbelief. Chaz then licks the hallucinogenic honey twice and passes out with a boner, with Frank taking the wheel and driving back to Brooklyn to contact Harley. Chaz continued to be passed out with a boner in the car while Frank drove then to Bensonhurst and got Harley.

Season 2[]

"A Fight Worth Fighting For"[]

Chaz appeared in this episode's cold opening, smoking weed with Frank in the same basement from the cold opening to "Batman's Back Man." Chaz then listened as Frank recapped the events of "Dye Hard" and what happened to the Justice League in "Devil's Snare."

After letting the episode play normally, they return, with Chaz being woken up by Frank. Chaz then gets up while Frank praises the show's writing quality and promotes EGOTforharley.com. Frank then asks Chaz to bring him some more popcorn, although he is upset when he brings him popcorn buttered, declaring that he is "watching [his] cholesterol."

Chaz attends Frank's funeral and is seen smoking a joint.
