Brad appears in "You're a Damn Good Cop, Jim Gordon". When Doctor Psycho and Poison Ivy track down the Cowled Critic after he uploaded an unfavorable review about Harley's Crew onto the Internet. The trail eventually leads them to Giganta's new house where they meet her new boyfriend Brad.
